Description: In December 2018 an arsonist burned down a building constructed in 1988 housing Chadpak Co. a leading supplier of visual display packaging material. Villarruel Architects was contacted to assist the owners in the reconstruction of the building. The existing building was 4,370 SF. Through some creative design we were able to increase the size of the new building to 5,367 SF. The new building is based on the 2016 building and green code so is very energy efficient.
