Description: Antonio Villarruel, AIA was selected for complete architectural services to design Merridy Village, a large 24 unit residential center in the city of Northridge, CA. The Mediterranean style homes incorporate a variety of different design features, colors and materials thus creating visual contrast between units. Included in the Master Plan is a recreation area with pool, spa, shower and pool building. Lush landscaping areas that include trees and vegetation at building entrances help to enhance the quality of living at Merridy Village.
